RELATING TO INCREASING THE DISTRICT FEES, RATES,
TOLLS, PENALTIES, OR CHARGES
FOR DOMESTIC WATER AND/OR SANITARY SEWER SERVICES
CASTLEWOOD WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT
ARAPAHOE COUNTY, COLORADO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Castlewood Water and Sanitation District (the “District”) will consider increasing the fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water and/or sanitary sewer service at public meetings scheduled on Friday, October 10, 2025 and Friday, November 14, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., at the Vibe at Fiddlers Green, Venetian Room, 6363 Fiddlers Green Circle, Greenwood Village, Colorado.
The Board will also take up such other business as may come before the Board. These meetings are open to the public. This notice is given by order of the Board and in accordance with Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S.
